Situation
Our clients at Riverside Credit Union, a community credit union in Liverpool, wanted to increase membership and lending from within their common bond area.
Task
We used Facebook's sophisticated targeting options to communicate with individuals within the credit union common bond. The objective was to promote membership of the credit union, and to promote ethical, responsible lending to those who needed it.
Action
We built attractive adverts (see next page) speaking directly to RCU's target audience, whilst using unique URL's to track conversions. This was a multichannel campaign, run alongside organic social media and email marketing campaigns concurrently.
Result
We saw impressive response rates, and were able to correctly identify 61 new completed members from the paid social campaign, with a return on investment of over 1700%.
