Our client, Enterprise Credit Union, has a membership of over 25,000. They wanted to use social media as a method of deepening their relationships with their local community.
We set out an overall organic social media strategy, aimed at engaging with members in a way that grows the audiences naturally.
Our strategy centred around providing organic social media content that provided value from 4 key pillars: entertainment, education, inspiration and information. This ran alongside our consistent branding and tone of voice, to represent the organisation in an authentic and relatable way.
We were able to increase social media audiences by an average of 51% across four channels over 12 months within key demographics on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
