Welcome to our newest addition, Jane Thompson

Zync Digital is pleased to welcome Jane Thompson to the team as we look to build on our success in 2025. As we start the new year, Zync is looking to work with a broader mix of social enterprises that need powerful marketing to deliver more social impact - we know that adding to our team will help us to respond to our growing portfolio of impactful businesses.

Jane is a Marketing Consultant and brings over 20 years of marketing experience in the social enterprise and the wider third sector. Jane has previously worked in different roles within the Allia group, including working within their Social Investment company Allia C&C. A marketer passionate about helping the social enterprise sector, Jane also works for Social Enterprise East of England (a membership organisation for social enterprises across the East) and is keen to bring her knowledge and experience to help Zync Digital to grow.

Jane works with different social enterprises and charities with strategy and delivery of their marketing aims. She is working towards becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and she is qualified in Charity and Social Enterprise Management. Outside of work, Jane loves family time and is often busy watching her daughters play in grassroots football (aka taxi duties and trying to keep warm most weekends!)
